6. Text messages, emails, and calls

If you sign up for text messages, you agree to receive recurring automated messages from Wildclear, which may include reminders about items left in your cart. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for help. You can also opt out by replying with any similar word, such as QUIT, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or OPT OUT, or by telling us in any other reasonable way. We will send one message confirming your opt-out and no more marketing texts. We send marketing texts only between 8am and 8pm in your local time. Wireless carriers are not responsible if a message arrives late or never arrives. We do not share your phone number or text message consent with third parties for their own marketing. You can unsubscribe from emails at any time using the link in each email. Calls to our support line may be answered by an automated AI assistant and may be recorded and transcribed to handle your request.

7. Health-related information

Because our products are dietary supplements, your order history could suggest something about your health. We use it only to fulfill orders, provide support, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell it, and we do not share product-level purchase details with advertising platforms. We will verify your request and respond within 45 days. You may use an authorized agent. If we deny your request, you can appeal by replying to our answer, and we will respond within 45 days. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

9. How long we keep your data

We keep your information as long as needed to fulfill your orders, manage your account and subscription, and meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations. Unfinished checkout data is deleted after 90 days if no order is placed. Call recordings are kept for up to 12 months. Marketing data is kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

11. Children

Our website is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
