1. How your subscription works

When you choose a subscription at checkout, we ship your product and charge your payment method automatically at the interval you selected, until you cancel. There is no minimum commitment, no contract, and no cancellation fee.

2. Price and billing

You are charged the subscription price shown at checkout, plus any applicable shipping and tax, on each billing date. Your first-order subscription price is the price of every renewal: there is no introductory price that rises later. If you subscribed to a pack of several units, each renewal ships the same number of units at the same price. We never change your quantity or price on our own. Your billing date and amount appear in your order confirmation and in your account.

3. Cancel anytime

You can cancel at any time, online, in a few clicks:
- Click "Manage My Subscription" at the bottom of any page, or use the link in your order confirmation email, then click "Cancel subscription".
- Or email support@wildclear.com or call +1 (307) 372-4813.
Cancel at least 1 day before your next billing date to stop the next charge. Once you cancel, no further charges are made and you receive an email confirming your cancellation. You never need to call or explain why to cancel.
If we show you an offer when you cancel, you never have to accept it: the "Cancel subscription" button stays on the screen the whole time. If you call us, you can say "cancel" at any time during the call and we will cancel your subscription.

4. Skip, delay, or change your order

From the same page, you can skip an order, change the delivery date, change the quantity, or update your payment method and address at any time.

5. Renewal reminders

We email you a reminder at least 3 days before each renewal with the date, the amount, and a link to skip or cancel, so you are never surprised by a charge. At least once a year, we also email you a summary of your subscription: the product, the price, how often you are charged, and how to cancel.

6. Refunds on renewals

If you forgot to cancel, contact us within 7 days of the renewal charge. See our Refund Policy for details.

7. Failed payments and card updates

If a payment fails, we will try again and let you know by email. If it still fails, your subscription is paused until you update your payment method. We never charge fees for failed payments. If your card is replaced, your card issuer may send us the updated details so your subscription continues without interruption.

8. Price changes

If the price of your subscription changes, we will email you at least 14 days and no more than 30 days before the new price applies, with the new price, the date it starts, and a link to cancel. You can cancel before then at no cost. If you are charged the new price and did not want it, you can cancel within 14 days of that charge and we will refund it.

9. One-time orders and post-purchase offers

One-time orders can be canceled free of charge before they ship. Contact us as soon as possible at support@wildclear.com. Products accepted through a post-purchase offer are one-time purchases and never start a subscription.
